I do, but only when its hot & sunny.
Ref: Skin cancer I have had 4 removed I was told by Consultant that damage had occured 20 years previously.Now 60+ so dont care any longer

Yes I agree being Nude outside is fine with me I am a nudist and believe in Nudity is Freedom in mind, body and soul to experience to sun , wind and water on a free human body is very relaxxing and enjoyable
