Take out the stopper and use a coat hanger bent into a hook to pull up any hair which has gotten caught on the stopper mechanism.

The drain cleaner should state on the side of the bottle or container, whether or not it's safe to use with a septic system. However, if you have these really slow drains, and you know about them why not get them powersnaked and take care of the problem once and for all.

Plunge it real good or use drano, it states its safe for septic systems, but i would also use some Rid X to treat the septic, not sure if its true, but i heard from some other posts that drano somehow eats away at the enzymes used to break things down, agian im not sure if its true but reguardless drano is safe to use down in there .

Don't use Drano or Liquid Plumber they will kill the enzymes. Use drainer blaster and an enzyme type drain cleaner. You can get them At Home Depot or Lowes.

Simply use a plunger. Sometimes whatever has it clogged can be unclogged by doing this. This is the only thing I can suggest without using Drano or something to break it up.

Canned compressed air or enzyme cleaner, both at home store; however enzyme cleaners are mostly effective for maintaining. Best cleaner is drain blaster, hand pumped air for frequent use. QVC had one, also drain blaster.com, inexpensive.
