I am so sick of my roommate I seriouisly am past the point of being the better person and want REVENGE. I am OVER him not cleaning, not putting his dishes in the sink, not gathering his crap to take upstairs, or him doing ANYTHING. He is being such a jerk and wont even pick up one of my shifts at work to pay me back for me picking up his shift on christmas!
HOW CAN I SUBTLY GET REVENGE. Yes, thats right I am really wanting to be the lower person, I need that satisfaction at this point. I am sick of doing all the cleaning because if I leave his mess for him, it never gets done, and I do it to make our apt look nice for my guests.

I hate dirty roommates to. I'm going to assume that you've tried talking to him in a calm but firm manner about his slovenly habits. For the most part, that has resolved all my problems with messy roommates. But I'm going to assume that you've already done that, cuz' that's the smart thing to do.

Subtle revenge? Put small amounts of cheese or other dairy products in the pocket of a couple pairs of pants that are undoubtedly laying in piles around the house. If you let that stuff sit for a while, then he'll probably never get the smell out.

Bare with me on this one: find where he keeps his loose change. Take all of it. Go to the bathroom. Take each piece of change and stick it between your butt cheeks. Return the change to where you found it. Now, whenever he touches the change, handles it to pay for anything, then you can rest assured that he's handled stuff that been inside your butt.

Gross, but it's subtle. And it'll make you feel better.

That sucks. I've been in the same situation. There isn't much you can do except explain how you feel and let him know what you expect him to do. I'm sure if it's come to this you've already tried that. In my case, I just started throwing the dishes away if they were left out for too long and when asked about it I told him exactly what I did. Told him if he couldn't handle picking up after himself I'd do it for him.

Take his toothbrush and stick it in your butt. Then put in back. Better yet, take a picture with it in your *** and leave it behind when you move out. Better yet, try talking to him. It will be good practice of communictation for your life handling skills. There are gonna be worse things in life. Learn to communicate.
