The best way I've found to keep them under control is to remove the egg sacks when i see them, and when they get big enough to see fish them out and give them to a friend who feeds them to his Oscars. Also if it becomes a real problem had a snail works, but always be careful when adding chemicals to the tank. Or the good old bait em with lettuce technique a pain but it works. I put it in a coke bottle (washed very well with hot water no soap) with the lid off leave it over night and before i turn the light on in the morning fish the bottle out and it's usually full of snails.

You can start by scraping your aquarium with a glass scraper. This should kill and remove the snail egg sacs on your glass. You should also remove as many snails as possible on a daily basis (using cleaned, well rinsed hands). The best time to do this is first thing when you turn on your light, this is when you will really get an idea of just how many snails you have.
To really clean out the aquarium of snails, put a small empty (and clean) glass salt shaker (minus the lid) with a small piece of lettuce crammed into the bottom of the shaker into your aquarium just before you go to bed. In the morning, you will find lots and lots of snails crammed into the salt shaker. Pull it out, clean out the shaker of snails and lettuce, refill, and do it again. After a few days, you will find that you have a lot less adult snails trapped in your salt shaker (and therefore less snails period). You will have to do this for a while, as the unhatched eggs (on your plants, decorations, filter, etc) will produce hundreds of baby snails that you haven't even seen yet.

You either have to periodically scoop out some of the snails and throw them in the garbage when you are cleaning the tank, or find someone to sell them to and open up your own aquarium snail business ;).

The best thing here to do is the vegetable bait
either with a piece of cucumber or a piece of lettuce
when you turn off the light at night, put the vegetable in and just take it out in the morning and throw it in the trash
repeat as many times as you need to, until you have it under control or until you don't see anymore of them
And if you see the eggs on the plant leaves, just break off the leaf
that's the safest way to go about it
it's annoying, but it works
Hope that helps
Good luck

You can buy a product called Had-a-Snail but it really only kills the small ones and I'm not sure how good it is for your fish. I scoop them out whenever I see them and it keeps them under control but never gone. They seem to be able to survive just about anything!

there is nothing you can do, except if you really dont want more snails, you can soften the water. that will stop them from growing shells, and within a few generations they would all be dead. driftwood can do this.
and please stop typing in all caps, its incredibly annoying and makes you harder to understand.
