Name's Dustin John; do you like it or no? I'm concerned it doesn't flow well...

Hmmm .... Dustin John doesn't have great flow, but it isn't problematic either. For example, Dustin Jackson would be sing-songy.

Is John in honor of someone? If so, you might be stuck with it. And it's not the end of the world to have a middle name that's not quite perfect, if the meaning matters.

If that's not the case, you could also consider Dustin Joseph, Dustin Alexander or Dustin Edward. All have a bit more flair.

Dustin is a really good name, but I'm not so sure about the John. Try one of the following after Dustin:

James
Jonathan
Samuel
Carter
Jake

I really like Dustin, but not so much the John. I think that maybe Dustin James sounds better! Hope That Helps!<3

I agree the name doesn't flow very well. It reminds me of "Onion John" the children's book.

I think you should use either a one- or two-syllable name that ends in a different letter (not N) or a three syllable name:
Dustin James
Dustin Bryce
Dustin Thomas
Dustin Samuel
Dustin Cooper
Dustin Parker
Dustin Timothy
Dustin Abraham
Dustin Gabriel
Dustin Elliot
Dustin Gregory

However, if John is a family name and it's important to you to use it, then I think you should. Sometimes there are more important considerations than how a name "flows".

I personally don't think that the name flows very well myself, have you said it aloud with your last name (to get the real flow of the name said)? That could make the name flop or ring like a bell! I agree with those who said Dustin Johnathan or Dustin James, they flow nicer off the tounge. Definitly say the names out loud with your last name to be sure how it sits for you!
Best wishes and Congrats!

I think it flows fine, but every Dustin that I know goes by their middle name.
