Could have been a miscarriage... You should have taken a home preg test when you missed October.

This is dependant on a couple of things:
1) You might have been pregnant and had a miscarriage. If so, you need to see your doctor so they can do that scaping thing that they do down there after miscarriages.
2) It's normal for some women to miss their periods sometimes and once it comes back on it feels different.

Did you look at the clots that you passed once your period came back on?? If you did and they were no bigger than usual then I don't think there is anything to worry about. But if I were you I'd still go to the doctor. Because you could be pregnant and had a threatened miscarriage. And you may not have had your period just spotting. Your cervix could be open which is not good if you are pregnant.

Bottom line is go to the doctor and take care of yourself.

Big possibility but now you'll never know for sure. I have had a couple experiences like this. With my miscarriages I also had some blood clots (can look like raw meat) that came out with my period. I had bad cramping but didn't necessarily feel like I was shot. I'm surprised you didn't go into a Dr. with that much pain and your own conclusions about a possible miscarriage.

You should see your OB-GYN. It does sound like a miscarriage, but the doctor will be able to tell you. However, sometimes stress can cause a period to be missed or late. The late period could can cause extreme cramps and pain. You should see you Dr. Just in case the embryo might be in there. It could cause a major problem if not taken care of. Take care.

You may have had an early miscarriage. Many women have them and never realize it happened. If bleeding was heavy with some clotting then it was more than likely a miscarriage.
Really there is no way to tell for sure now.

This is actually pretty normal. alot of woman go through this. You felt sick mainly because of hormons. ( it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks for morning sickness to start)
sometimes our cyles get of track and that feels to have happened to you. This can happen due to stress life style change illness or even nutrition.

since you did have your period on november 6, you should be alright though i would always reccomend a pregnancy test to be certain. if your not ready for a child, i would not have sex without some sort of protection..try out birth control if condoms arent something you want to use. best of luck to you!
