I have a dell inspiron 9000 and i just bought call of duty 4. the game's minimum video card requirement is a geforce 6600. I want to know if I'm capable of connecting this video card to my laptop so i can play this game. My laptop is in a different town right now so I'm not sure about the specs. So if anyone could tell me what it'll take to play this game on this laptop, i would be very grateful.

no you cannot upgrade the video card in laptops. the only thing you can do is get a new computer with a dedicated video card.

Well some laptops can upgrade, some of the newer ones are able to unlike the older ones. Other than that if you cant upgrade your video card your pretty much screwed.
