Well you could use a webcam so that you can check if the person actually does the dare. But um..Idk, maybe something like "i dare you to take a video of yourself dancing like crazy and send it to me" haha sorry if i'm no help

I don't see how you can play that online cause you won't know if the other person did the dare or not.
