Sometimes, the pain doesnt set in until a day or 2 later. Just relax and try some Ibruprofen.

What you are experiencing is probably a mild brain concussion ,what happens is your brain sloshed around when you fell and banged into the inside of your skull, this causes swelling of the brain, the increased pressure in your head is what is hurting you, take it easy for a few days and take Ibuprofen for the pain and you will be fine as frog hair before you know it... BTW the brain has no pain receptors itself everything around it does though which can be a real bummer

Hmm. the worst thing to do right now is panic. If you tasted blood, please make a trip to the doctors or the emergency room, because you may have internal bleedng (brain hemmorage)

Yes, I would say it is. You could have a minor concussion.
Not having a headache would be the exception.
