Your bank is the best place to wire funds from. Ask the teller at the window to direct you to the right person in the bank.
By the way, the person above advised sending it from xoom.com, and the person below from westernunion.com - just to be clear, you are not allowed to send money to China using an online service. You MUST appear in person.

Western Union has lots of locations in China where someone could receive money that you send. I've never sent money to China, but I have sent it to Mali via Western Union, and it worked fine.

CoinPip has a service that sends money from the US to China for 2%, no forex fees, in 48 hours or less.
After signing up, verifying your account and depositing your funds, all you have to do is to specify the amount, recipient's name, bank and cell, they will process the payments straight through.

www.xoom.com Its the cheapest (although not the fastest) way to send money. Wire transfers normally can cost 25$ or more. Xoom.com costs as low as 3.99

Look up Western Union. Be prepared to pay a pretty penny to send it and all has to be paid in cash. Good luck.

Why? Seriously.
If you are buying junk off of eBay, it's worthless.
If they promised you they can sell you electronics and designer clothes, they items will be knockoffs or counterfeit (and subject to seizure by customs).
