Hello everyone,
Here is the information about my Computer:
(2004) eMachines T2862
Intel Celeron D 330 Processor (2.67GHz)
256K L2 Cache
533MHz FSB
512MB DDR SDRAM
Intel Extreme Graphics 3D (#2) [64MB] (Integrated/Shared Memory)
2 *Available* PCI Slots (No AGP/PCI-Express Slots)
Now, I have been looking around online at places like www.newegg.com and www.tigerdirect.com for Video/Graphic Cards such as ATI Radeon 7000/9000 Series and nVidia GeForce FX Series.
My budget will be in the $50 range and I'm just looking for a card that can do good basic 2D/3D basic/mediocre PC games (ie: Enter the Matrix, NFS: Underground, Driver, Unreal Tournament/Gold) as well as dual-monitors.
**Will PSU Wattage be a Factor?**
I've found several PCI cards less than $50 that consists of 256MB-128MB 64-bit cards that support S-Video, DVI and dual-monitors.
But I don't know what to choose or look for.
What do the experts think?
Thanks for your help, much appreciated
