What is the forumla they use to figure out the QB Rating in games?

Here you go:

a = (((Comp/Att) * 100) -30) / 20
b = ((TDs/Att) * 100) / 5
c = (9.5 - ((Int/Att) * 100)) / 4
d = ((Yards/Att) - 3) / 4

a, b, c and d can not be greater than 2.375 or less than zero.

stupid formula that no you will clarify. final night at one element Eli Manning grow to be 2- 6 for 35 yards and Todd Collins grow to be 0-8 for 0 yards and that that they had the comparable 36.9 QB score. How is that a danger?

Craig is basically correct.
However you need to divide the sum of the 4 terms by 6 and multiply by 100

y- x (2z-4x)+ 57= Qb rating.
Where y is passes thrown, x is passes complete and Z is interceptions, and X is touch-downs!
