first....shut the phone off completely
then take the battery out (if possible)
and just let it dry out
wait a day or so...then put the battery back in and turn it on
my friend drop her phone in the pool and we did this
it turned out fine
but i can't guarantee it will work for you
but it doesn't hurt to try right ?

unfortunatly your phone is now water damaged. if you have a warranty left on the phone the water damage just voided it out. you can try to dry the phone out by taking the battery out and letting it sit for a day or two, but if you have any problems with the phone not working you are sol....unless you have insurance on the phone then go pay your deductible and get a new one

Just let it dry... if you dropped it in a pool it will turn off by itself so just leave it alone for a while. Everyone else is stupid. Most insuranace for phone wont cover water damage.

Take it out, throw it away, and buy a new one. Remember things are replacable... people are not.
