I usually wait until I get one of those reminders that says something dumb like "don't hit that snooze button too many times" or whatever - I don't really like to let them go into voting cuz everyone just votes for their own answer anyways.

It depends on the number of answers I have and whether my question was answered to my satisfaction. If I get a good answer then I'll usually pick that one asap. For stupid questions that I ask I usually leave them for the 3 days.

I often leave it as close as I can to a whole week - although by the time I resolve it, there have usually not been any new answers for a couple of days at least.

Dear,
I extend the initial 3 days, then I wait till the last one hour.
The reason for this is I respect and love all my answerers.
I understand that many are very busy and are egar to answer my questions.
I give them enough time to come answer mine.
Some times I wait for the right answer.
Some times I wait for your dear, but you never answer ...hahahaha
