GIRL because...
Lady sounds really old-fashioned and grandma-ish.
Woman is a little extreme but it depends on the age. I'm a teenager so woman does not really fit me.
Girls aged up to 17 or 18 like to be called girls because that's what they are and then they don't feel like they're growing up too fast.
Calling someone over the age of 18 a girl might be a little offensive because they would want to be respected by being called a woman.
Not a lady all too much because its kind of old-fashioned and is too general of a term.

If it's a total stranger I prefer lady. But if it's my boyfriend I kind of like the saying "my girl".Yeah,I could live with that..Woman,no I don't quite feel like a woman yet.
