If you have them, flaunt them. the only reason girls even have their breast out is because they want the attention. I have big boobs and make them stick out for a reason, unless I need to be professional for something.

this only happened to me once i was just shocked
i was O.O and he was in my class he was taller
than me and i guess my shirt was to low then i just
look at random kids in my class like i do when im
borde then i hear him say no looking and pointing
at my chest i just screamed pervert perv perv perv
kept saying 4 the reast of the day then i told my
friends but hey im young

Well it depends. If its a friend of mine I laugh it off and tease them about it (or playfully kick their ***). If it's just some guy, it's more annoying. If it's a complete perv or jerk, he would so get it (and I'm not talking about the good kind).

if its directly at my chest and i can really tell, i'd feel uncomfortable and somewhat angry. but that's if they look there. if they avoid my eyes i feel alright, but its better if they look in my eyes. at least for me. but i don't have much of a chest so i don't really worry : ]

Well, i dont wear low-cut necklines, but i've still had guys do that to me, i try to not pay attention to it, but it makes me feel bad, weird and annoyed because i feel there disrespecting me.

i always put my finger into their line of vision and bring it up to my face until they look me in the eyes. then i say "Im up here"
