Semper my dear,
it's because we post here
Not all others like writers
They'd rather be fighters
As my friends have said
"Let it go o'r your head"
and repost it (a must)
As it was glorious!
An, ferget about 'em Semper, you just keep on keepin' on, after all, I was going to stop posting till I got uplifted by all the wonderful people on YA (They truly out weigh the vandals don't cha know *^_^*)

The bottom line is that if you're not asking and answering questions then you don't belong on Yahoo Answers. A lot of people mistakenly think that this forum is for whatever you want. Its not a poetry reviewing site and its not a place to just hang out with your friends. Sorry if you have been misled but thats why.
P.S. - Ang has got it right and typically she has a lot of thumbs down just for being right - I bet I will get thumbs down too. It just shows how much people misunderstand this site.

I didn't see the poem, but I don't believe for one second you would have put anything that shouldn't be.
Sometimes, people report things just because they can, are not happy, are jealous and many other reasons. The end result is Yahoo deleting it without even checking it.
I am sorry and wish I could have seen the poem.

I remember the poem you wrote brother Semper, and I remember answering the post. It really spoke to my heart about Christ being our fountain of Living Water which never dries up, and how we as Christians cannot go a day without drinking from the everlasting fountain. It was a wonderful poem, and God bless you for sharing it with us.

i don't know semper fi, there are some unhappy people out there who just want to bring others down with them, that is the most ridiclous thing i have ever heard, if it's the poetry section, then that's where it belongs. just like when people see something they don't like in the religion section, they will see to it that it's gone. don't let it bother you, just keep doing what your doing, because you are soooo good at it.

Semper, I can tell you this happens to me everytime I post in R&S. For some unknown reason...someone does not want me posting in that section.
Even so, I know I have never posted anything to hurt anyone and neither have you! Someone wants to silence you and I would not allow that! Put on your ARMOR and know that I, for one, will be praying for victory over this needless deletion.
Your heart speaks much and it should never be silenced!

There are many unhappy Yahooers in here who like to hate on others or have nothing better else to do than to report good poems or questions. I see many questions on yahoo that are very offensive and yet Yahoo doesnt delete their questions. Its really sad.

What the HAAAAAAAIL? Someone deleted your poem, and you're the DUDE here? Something doesn't calculate! Rather odd to have that happen.... I'll pray for the person whoever did it!

Hey... the same thing happened to the one and only poem I posted in here... *sigh* I appealed it, but some people in the poetry section have no sense of humor...alas...
... and I don't know about you, my friend, but I asked a question about it...
I didn't get a chance to see Water Me With Peace, can you repost it or post it in your blog...

Very disappointing, but not surprising. I do hope you had it saved somewhere :-(
They're all like jewels... well, you're the jewel -- they're the sparkly glints of light off your heart :-)
I know many of us have found your poetry quite uplifting and inspiring!
