I mean some people really want twins or more. But do you think its right?

Test tube babies, or invitro fertilization, is not for people who desire twins. It's for people who have suffered with infertility and cannot get pregnant naturally.

No IVF clinic that practices with any ethics would do IVF simply to give someone multiples.

If you believe that life begins at conception, then in vitro fertilization indeed does create a problem.

In the process of in vitro fertilization, the egg(s) implanted are not the only ones fertilized. In fact, dozens of eggs are fertilized.

The result is that most or all of these eggs have a complete set of human DNA and they immediately begin to grow. (They are alive.)

I believe a human life, no matter how small, is of great value and deserves every chance to survive and prosper.

The process of in vitro fertilization, however, creates many more of these human lives than are used. The doctors then choose the “best” of these lives for implantation.

The rest of them are destroyed, killed, and discarded.

I believe this indeed makes this process wrong and equal to abortion.

I feel for those who wish to have children and are not able to, but I do not believe this is the solution to the problem.

Perhaps adoption would be a better choice.

The procedure is called IVF

The women's eggs are retrieved and placed in a dish mixing with the sperms. More than one embryo may be placed into the womb at the same time, which can lead to twins, triplets, or more. The exact number of embryos transferred is a complex issue that depends on many factors, especially the woman’s age. Unused embryos may be frozen and implanted or donated at a later date.

Me personaly I dont care either way.
That being said some think that if you are infertile you were ment to be that way for a reason. If it was not in gods plan for you to have kids who are you to use science to do it. etc. Could open up a big ol debate, but i guess it comes down to the person.

People don't do fertility treatments such as In-vitro to have multiple births. They do it because they cannot get pregnant on their own and need assistance. Multiple births is somtimes a consequence of it, not a reason for it.

I believe that is totally up to person. As long as no one is harmed then why not?!

Why not? I don't see a problem with it. If they can provide well enough for their children, more power to them!
