The angle makes 30 degree....the 4 possible answers are..

the angel is formed in the 3rd quadrant,,,and the x,y axis are in the circles arc..

The answer is 1.
x = cos 30, and y = sin 30
and since they are in the 3rd quad, they must both be neg

Are you asking for the equation of the circle? If so,
(x +2)^2 + (y+3) =25
