mine would be either harry potter and the order of the phoenix or the simpsons movie, because i'm a huge fan of both anyway and i was wondering what everyone elses favourite movie released this year is and why?

'Into the Wild' directed by Sean Penn based on the real life of a young man who dropped out of his conventional materialistic life to live in the wilds of Alaska. The photography and depiction of the natural landscape is sumptuous, the acting terrific, the characterisations deep and thoughtful, as is the script, and this film stimulated me to think and feel.

I think 2007 was a pretty good movie year.. my favorite movies of 2007 are Ratatouille, 300 and Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix.

Mr Brooks - Harrison Ford's portrayal of a soul suffering from addiction was mind blowingly accurate and very believable.

Oceans thirteen, a lot better than 12 not as good as 11 & having been to Las Vegas it's nice to see places I've been to & want to see again one day

Probably High School Musical 2, because it's got a happy ending and good tunes and it's lighthearted and good fun!!

30 days of night--only vampire movie that ever scared me!
no country for old men-- while not listed as horror, the hitman anton chigurh scared me more than jack nicholson w/ an axe!

i also thought Juno was a good movie.
in this movie i though Michael Cera (Paulie) was so sweet. i also liked Ellen page (Juno) i though she portrayed the character very well.
