...maybe...

It all depends on your body type. If you are already a thin, athletically built girl, the chances of losing weight in your chest are slim to none. However, if you are a little "thick" you might could slim down, and cut the size down some, but, I don't think you'd be able to go down more than a cup.

If the ladies of your family tend to be well-endowed, its likely that nothing short of surgery will make you smaller.

My advice - get a good sturdy halter type bikini top.. and just love your body.

Losing weight will cause a slight reduction in your breast size, but during your teens your hormones will still be all over the place, so it's a wiser option to give your body time to settle down. If it's getting you down that much, can you talk to your Mum or failing that your GP about it?

What is your current weight? If you lose weight your breast will probably get small too. You don't tell your body where to gain weight so you don't tell it where to lose the weight either. If you can stand to lose a few pounds that will probably help

i am a teen to and imma 32a and would like to be bigger, but to answer your question, if you are a little on the heavier side, loosing weight might make you smaller, its worth a shot!

yes loosing weight does make your breast a little smaller, but not a lot. my friend lost alot of weight, and her breasts got smaller! which she told me, she also said that carbs make them bigger so don't eat too many.

other than that, i'm not sure.

If you are overweight it will, however if you are slightly overweight or at a healthy weight the only option is a breast reduction (covered by insurance, mine was covered 100%).
