Who is responsible for a minor if they should ever become pregnant? If parents don't have any rights when it comes to the baby then who is responsible for taking care of the two? What legal rights does a 14 year old have in regards to leaving the home and the baby? no i am not 14 or pregnant just a question that I need some help on.

My 16 y/o has a 4 month old baby girl. I will legally be responsible for that baby until my daughter is 18. When she turns 18 her b/f will too & they plan on getting married. I don't understand the other question. Sorry...

That's a tough one honey, it depends on the state and everyone has different laws...Honestly no matter what they say, the parents should still have some type of rights...the 14 year old is still a minor

The 14 yr old's parents would be responsible and should be seeing they LET her get pregnant in the first place.
