All fish should be limited to no more than 2 times per week. Shark, King Mackeral, swordfish and tilefish should be avoided completley because they contain super high levels ov mercury.

Yes, just not anything raw. Fish known to have mercury, like tuna, should be limited to 1x a week..

you shouldnt fish have large amounts of mercury in them. with children who possible are told can get autism when they get their shots aparently they think its the amount of mercury in the shot
