I used that word maybe twice when I was like in 8th grade! I never understood why people just didn't say f**king ugly!

I think hobbit feet are Fugly!
I've only used it a few times, but say stuff like nifty, spiffy, cool, omg, afk, brb... so fugly fits right in ^_~
