Sounds like he is passing or trying to pass kidney stones. He should see is physician for antibiotics and proper evaluation. Passing small stones can be a sign that there is a larger one located in the kidney that is to large to pass. Try looking up renal caliculi and lithrotripsy and call the doctor first thing in the AM!

I would consult a doctor, cause I have no idea! My guess would be blood, which could be due to a male UTI, or a kidney infection (which would explain the aches and pains). You could aslo try www.webmd.com for some quick answers! Good luck, and I hope he feels better!

possibly bladder stones. stones are calcium deposits that can occur in any gland in your body. i had a stone in my saliva gland. it could also be the liner of the bladder separating and expelling the body. he needs plenty of water and cranberry juice and see a doctor for more in depth evaluation.
