Do the HP slimlines have overheating issues?

I just picked up an HP S3220n slimline. I like leaving my pc on most of the time. The pc is awfuly tiny.
Will I have overheating issues?

As is, it should not have any overheating problem since it only has integrated graphics. There could be potential overheating once you install a graphics card with high wattage.
