It would have to be something that gets you tips. The closer you can be to dealing with people making a lot of money, the better. I hostess for high rollers would be good. The dealers are watched pretty closely so they have to declare every penny they make. The bartenders don't get to work with the people while they are making the big buck.
If you consider hooker to be a Las Vegas job, that is probably the best. Somebody makes a lot of money and treats themselves to a good time. Hostess would be second. Then probably bartender and dealer.

You really don't need a degree to make a nice living in Vegas, anyone who doesn't know that obviously doesn't live here.
Highest paid is probably escort. They make anywhere from 300 to 1000 an hour here. Strippers pull down quite a bit too, and many of them don't go full nude. Adult film actresses make peanuts in Vegas, not worth it at all.
Waitresses can make serious money, almost everyone tips, and Vegas makes people happy and they all want to look like big spenders. Valet is also a great job, most casinos don't charge anything for valet service, so people are more likely to give a nice tip for the convenience.
This city lives on tips. It's a whole different ball game then it is in most cities. If you want a degree then go for it, but you can be very successful here without one.

Las Vegas is probably the most fascinating and entertaining town on earth and with hotelbye you will find out more. Nowhere otherwise on earth you will find a town that's most of the vacation amenities that only a total resort location could possibly offer: lavish casino lodges, great eating, wonderful stay entertainment and state-of-the artwork conference and deal show facilities. Las Vegas happens to be a magnificent city and anything that you'd assume from a world-class metropolis, and more, is right here for your journey pleasure. Among the areas you must visit in Las Vegas could be the Fremont Street, a pedestrian region with all sorts of distinctive sites.

Vegas has jobs like other states. But those without a degree would be a dealer on the Strip who make minimal pay with tokes, but you have to have training and experience to get those jobs.
Look at State of Nevada jobs in admin or health care, or Clark County, City of Las Vegas, etc.

Believe it or not, waitresses.
They know everything about everything that's happening in Vegas and can point travelers to the best spots to see shows, etc. And they make purty good tips.
Don't lower yourself to becoming a hooker, it's not you. Now stripper, um, maybe depending on if you can put up with slobs pawing at you all the time.

Bartender or surveillance. My friend is a bartender at the Monte Carlo and makes around 50k a year. Surveillance jobs are very hard to come by but pay around the same if your good.

Fast food worker.
Without a meaningful degree - don't expect a very good job.
