I'm tired of this culture of paying mass murderers money everytime a fellow inmate pours boiling water over them in the kitchens, stabs them in the eye or smashes a bottle over their heads.
Pity of it is that the Ripper is still alive. I mean, just how crap is that?
Yeah, I know, we abolished the death sentence here in UK way back, but horrors like the Ripper can still be killed by other inmates. What the hell are the screws playing at? I mean, the Ripper should be dead by now!

he is not in a prison as such as he is classed as criminally insane so he is kept in a secure mental hospital broadmore and yes he probaley will recieive more of our precious tax payers money

He is being kept in prison at the taxpayers expense. It is the price we pay for not having the death penalty for the likes of him.
