Usually you can tell 5 days before your missed period, but YOU won't be able to tell for sure until you miss a period or take a pregnancy test.

The shortest amount of time is 5 days before the expected 1st day of your period. But you could still get a false negative during that time.

The fertile time is about 13 days before the period, and lasts about 2 days. How you tell is the slippery mucus. If it happens, the egg will be implanted in 1-2 days, and the hormonal changes that accompany that are felt by some. within 4-5 days the hormonal changes can be measured by an EPT.

The earliest to ensure an accurate test is about 2 weeks after conception. Most women ovulate about day 14 of their cycle and so about 2 weeks later you should get your period, if you don't then you are probaby pregnant.
There are tests out there that say they can test 5 days before you missed period but they are less accurate and you could get a false negative. It is best to wait until you missed your period.

For blood test around 1 week after sex for urine test at least 2 weeks , may be more.
