Just dont spend a lot of money on the party. Set a budget with your parents and work with it. You might not have a lot of money for decorations and stuff, but you can be creative and find stuff that you allready have. Most of the money you get will have to be spent on things that you have to have like food.

ask your parents for a limit of money, find a really cheap store on the internet 4 the food and the plates and stuff, and burn a cd 4 the music, so u dont have to hier an expensive dj. tell everyone to wear costumes and have a grate time!!!
