Any town in Tuscany but preferably Cortona, the most romantic town I have ever been in. Unfortunately it won't be in this liftetime as I am already married! George Clooney could do the cermony but I might run away with him instead!

Does the person conducting the ceremony have to be alive today? I figure no since this is a theoretical question....so -
I pick Hawaii - preferably where the lava floes are. I figure since I'm starting a new life with someone, what better place to have the wedding than at the site where new land is formed? Oh - and I want Mother Theresa to conduct the ceremony.
