The full title of the song is "Live (Right Now)"

I haven't seen the movie, so I can't be sure, but Van Halen had a song that came out in the 90's entitled "Right Now". I'm not a Van Halen fan at all, but it's a really good song, and the music video was awesome!!!
Try downloading "Right Now" by Van Halen and see if that's what you're looking for. Good luck!!
P.S. I bet ya Cee-lo Green did a cover of the original, so check out the one I told you about just to see, and you may find that you dig the original.

I found it on Amazon, and Rhapsody had a listing for it. Not sure what else to tell you, I found it by search engine "Right Now" AND "Cee-Lo" Good luck
