How do I even begin to find a female writer to possibly work on a book with me, with the end goal of publishing?

It's a womens' health story / journey and I'm in Ontario, Canada.

Money talks. Ghostwriters cost money. I am one and I get paid for my work upfront.
Co authors demand contracts before they work with you clearly stating their take in the royalties..
