About as much as taking one semester of a high school German class qualifies you as being bilingual.

Honestly, I think Hillary can brag a little about having tea-time foreign relations. She did meet a bunch of different folks at diplomatic parties and whatnot. She may have even sat down to work on some pet projects with some of them.

Not that this makes her any more or less qualified to be president.

Not your vacation of course. But if you went to that country as a representative of your country who would be expected to discuss and have opinions about foreign policy, then you might be able to say yes. How about Hillary's historic speech IN China, as just one example. Wow, when you are on vacation are YOU asked to give speeches that are aired world wide?

No your trip to Great Britain would not qualify you for foreign affairs expertise. But apparently foreign affairs is not one of Bushy's strong points either.

sure if we follow borat hussein osama's logic for his stay in indonesia.

While as a first lady of usa, hillary went to more countries and met more foreign leaders than obama (who was just playing some indonesian kids).

Only if a Republican get elected. After all racing horses qualifies you to run FEMA (Or run it into the ground). I guess we cannot expect much from a party that puts a moron in office who never held a job that was not a political pay back for his Daddy.

Your vacation gives you no more experience being a politician than being first lady would give a certain candidate for president experience in being president. Peace out.
