It's asking for the incoming mail (pop3) and outcoming mail (smtp). Where can I find it listed in my old e-mail? I've done this before, but I forgot. Isn't there some place where I can look it up in my old email? I'm not really that computer savvy, but if you can just put it in leyman's terms, I can handle it.

If you were using Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express, bring up the account of your email and find properties. This will bring up the POP3 server information. For example, mine would be mail.bellsouth.net for both incoming and outgoing mail.

If your Email is supplied by your ISP, (like YourNam@rogers.ca), call them to help you set it up properly.

If webmail (Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail), go to their website for more info on how to access their service via Outlook Express.
