You can "Print Screen" on your keyboard and open a photo editing program and then paste as a new page...crop (and/or resize) the image and save onto your harddrive. When you use "Print Screen", it will copy everything on your screen as it is so move the cursor/mouse because it will copy that as well. I also use the full screen of the image I want.

With the new version of real player you can download almost any video that is being broadcasted on the net. you just need to move your cursor over the video and you'll get the message if you want to save it or not. Once in your harddrive you can pause it or see it again over and over without waiting to get doenloaded again.

I suppose that you could use the Print Screen button and then open Paint or another photo editing program and then paste it in and then crop or edit the website to the part you want and then save it.
Good luck and I hope I helped you!

yep. that would be something like fraps of hypercam2. download it and the full versions will show you how to do it. its really a piece of cake. i would strongly suggest that you use fraps because it has better file management. also both of these programs do video. you can constrain the recording window too so that it matches up right. this is all on the free version check it out!
