2.put on paste
3.put under cold water for a few sec
4. brush
5.spit
6.spit

8.wash brush
9.put back n place

1. Wet brush (cold water)
2. Put toothpaste on brush
3. Brush teeth
4. Spit
5. Brush tongue, scrub it really well
6. Spit
7. Do another once-over entire mouth
8. Spit really well
9. Rinse with cold water
10. Wipe mouth with towel

Wet the tooth brush with warm water, put Crest tooth paste on the brush. Up and down motion on the teeth. Swish with water, spit. Brush the tongue, swish with water, spit. Use a mint flavored tooth paste (different from the first), brush some more, swish and spit. Use the tongue scraper and brush the tongue again. Drink water and swish. Final spit!
Okay, I'm a freak. I use two different tooth pastes when I brush my teeth.
