Just the Pak army is dolled out $100 million per MONTH to fight the terrorists. The pak army is diverting the funds( N YORK TIMES) to update their arms for use against India and the rest ends up in Private swiss bank accounts. They are making fools of US.

According to U.S. Foreign Aid to East and South Asia: report put out by the State department, it looks like about 10 billion. However the report was relesed January 3, 2007. A full year ago, so that total would be about 11 or 12 billion by now. The link is to a PDF version of the report.
