I've rented maybe 150 cars over 12 yrs
and treat them all like my own overall best rentals have been from Hertz , only been in one minor accident with rental cars

You betcha! I'm like that with some of the older ambulances at work, too... Have you ever been off-roading in a modular rescue vehicle? The are durable!

Shoot, I work for a rental office and I even beat them to pieces. That's what they are meant for, to be disposable cars.

i have to use the company car to get to jobs in melbourne but its kind of a van and we all have to drive it carefully or u pay for the damages

Well, I do want all of my deposit back and I do want them to get me where I'm going and back again. But do I treat them like I own them, hell no. Drive it like I stole it.
