Burj Dubai is still under constrution but will be the tallest once it is finished. However at the moment two buildings are listed as the tallest using two different scales.

The tallest building to its roof is Taipei 101 in Taipei, Taiwan at 448M to the roof.

The tallest building to the top of it's antenna is the Sears Tower in Chicago, IL at 527.3 m to the top of it's Antenna.

FYI: The world trade towers where only 526.3 m to the top of there antenna when they where standing. They lost the #1 spot back in 1974 when Sears Tower was built.
