the bearings are dry. and getting wore.
you can oil them and replace fan blower
at a later time.. the bushing are dry, I remove
blower motor and drill the end (where the bump
is) with a small drill and put some oil in. and on
the other end just some oil on the motor shaft.
but the motor will have to be replaced
sooner or later.

Blower motors are just like alternators. They have carbon brushes under spring pressure that rub on a copper stator assembly. When the blower motor gets old, the brushes wear down and can make a chirping sound due to the fact that they are not making constant contact anymore. Time to replace the brushes, or replace the motor.

sounds like bushing on blower fan motor, take the 3 bolts out of the motor holding it to the firewall and pull it out, spray some light oil or wd-40 where the shaft comes out of the motor and put it back in and try it.
