I think it's an absolutely beautiful name. (But I'm a bit biased on that point.)
Two things she should be aware of:
-- Emily is the #1 baby girls' name in the U.S. right now, so her daughter is sure to know a lot of other Emily's.
-- Emily Elizabeth is the name of the girl in the Clifford books.

Sounds boring.
Emily is the number one girls name. And though Elizabeth is classic it is over used.
Maybe change it slightly.

It is very pretty! My only advice is not voice your opinion much if you don't like it... Just this weekend I mentioned I LOVED the name Cole for our baby boy, and my brother in law spent at least 7 minutes making fun of the name and telling me how much he didn't like it... it really upset me, I didn't want his opinion... with my first 3 we didn't tell the name we picked simply for that reason, but because our 3 our old enough and want to know the name of their new little brother we have decided to tell this time, but his response to my name choice was really upsetting to me! Just some unasked for advice!

I dont care for it much because its not my taste. however its a good name. sounds pretty common which is one of my concerns....but theres always people with common names otherwise it wouldnt be so common! it made me think of Keira Knightly's Pirate's of the Carribean character but not outrageously. i think its good name and i didnt even get the clifford reference. i dont think that's a downside. she'll be excited that she has the same name. i wouldnt want the initials "ET"....but again that's jsut me.
