this happened to me today and yesterday: right when i got to Yahoo Answers, where your picture is and it tells you an update for like 2 seconds (just like how it says you gained 2 points when you answer a question right next to you avatar). well for me it said that i lost 9 points, and i don't know for what reason! could it be that yahoo answers didn't accept my appeal (but it said on my email that they will email you back if they didn't accept my appeal) so why could it be?

It usually means a question has been deleted. You only lost nine points because you gained one for signing in.

Maybe it's because somebody reported you.
Or the Y! Answers people deleted one of your questions because they thought it was something bad.
But they e-mail you when they do that.
