Some cute answers that make me laugh there, but seriously, and we run across this often enough to deal with it, you use what is called a belly chain. It wraps around the waist and is locked. It has a set of handcuffs built into it. You just cuff the one arm to the belly chain. I hope this helps.

Depends on the circumstances. If necessary, I'd cuff him to the eye-bolt in the custody room. If transporting him, I'd use the belly-chain thing. Never had to, so it's academic. However, it's a good question.

If a waist chain is not available, cuff their hand to their belt in the back. If they aren't wearing a belt, a couple of zip cuffs drawing back the elbows can work. If all else fails, hook yourself to them and enjoy the ride.
