I handle them much the same way as a single Dox. I place them in opposite ends of a large cage and tell them to run at each other. Since they are always at rest at any moment they will never meet so I never have a paradox.
If you shoot an arrow at any given moment it has to be at rest, the the next moment it is at rest, it can never move. The reality is that you have to break the moment down to an infinitely small moment of time that can never be reached, the arrow is always moving.

Paradoxes exist only because of the limitations of human thinking and language. Paradoxes are anomalies in our speech and thinking, not in the way that the world is made. Our minds handle them by either ignoring the paradoxes or by refining language and understanding.

One perception at a time. For then you get the whole three dimensional picture. You can't handle a paradox if it is just one sided. As the second responder said it does take time and like the first one too. Experience definitely and that's been my mine too.

The human mind cannot accept paradoxes without doubting the nature of its own existence. It cannot accept that the world it perceives (and perceives to be part of) is anything but 100% real. This is not something inherent and immutable we just find dealing with our own unrealness completely unnecessary since we never have any experience outside our own reality. I don't think a shaman who regularly journeyed to a spirit world or a monk who immersed himself in profound meditations would find any trouble with paradoxes, they would help confirm their realities.

People normally ignore the incompatible nature of the two sides of a paradox as long as they can.

There are many studies of cognitive dissonance that may help answer your question. The most recent book I know of is by Carol Tavris and called _Mistakes Were Made (But Not By Me)_. Basically, our psychology allows us to compartmentalize so that we can hold incompatible ideas in our minds. Tavris's book deals specifically with how this phenomenon contributes to rationalizing, such as continuing to view yourself as an honest person, for example, even while you lie.
