I think Bush has no more than average intelligence, which does not make him "dumb," just average. His success depended on those around him with above average intelligence, namely Karl Rove and Dick Cheney. Rove got him elected and continued to run the smear machine that got him elected the second time, and Cheney helped lead him into this disastrous war policy that has no foreseeable end in sight. No, I don't think he's very smart, but I think he knows enough to surround himself with those who are. Unfortunately, though being very smart, these two have woven a web that has caused severe damage to Bush's reputation and the Republican Party.

Obama is in a dream international of wealth distribution, regrettably he has no journey in coming up wealth or the thank you to enhance wealth yet he (Obama) has shown a distaste for wealth achievers. Bush grow to be/is a business enterprise guy who leaned the thank you to apply wealth to make extra wealth. in comparison to Kerry who married into wealth. i hit upon it ironic that the left say the terrific took each and all the money from the detrimental. The detrimental haven't any money to take. the wealthy earn their money via providing our desires. Gates had an concept and made billions did no longer you have the comparable danger? the venture I even have is we as a usa do no longer produce something yet food. We purchase each and every thing from different countries. Why? Unions? Environmentalist? Taxes? Bush is against those obstacles and Obama piles those burdens on small and massive business enterprise.

The man is a genius - much more intelligent than any of his rivals, who based upon their allegations, obviously don't know how to fill out a complaint form for the Attorney General. lol
- not too bright....
EDIT: What are all these libs basing their allegation that Cheney runs the WH upon? Could it be conjecture? Could it be that they believe every thing said by the talking heads on the far left side of the political spectrum? Could it be that they are as off base here as they are on this entire stolen campaigns subject? lol
They are sooo out there, aren't they?

People think the President is ignorant because he is not a smooth talker like Clinton was. President Bush is a very intelligent man according to his college scores. Just because someone is not eloquent does not mean they are not intelligent.

No, he has tons of very smart people around him to do those things. They write his speeches, give him advice (tell him what to do), etc.
I suppose the better word would be cunning.
