If you have a bladder infection can it stop your period from coming?

No, it has nothing to do with the other.
If you haven't been to the doctor for the infection, get there ASAP.
In the meantime, Cranberry juice and lots of water to drink, yogurt and low sugar diet to eat. And wear cotton undies, they help keeping moisture away from the body, and air flow.

No one does not have anything to do with the other. If you take antibiotics for it and are on some birth control pills they can cancel them out.

I don't think so, but stress can. Are you more stressed than usual? That could be why you don't have your period.
