Try to eat a salad. Green ruffage usually clears out your intestines.

If eating things like Raisin Bran doesn't help and you want pretty fast relief without taking a laxative, then I suggest taking a fiber supplement. In the beginning of my pregnancy I became extremely constipated and had to take a fiber supplement, it worked within the first day. Good luck!

Hm.. Fruit helps your digestive system, try that. Also, you could just ask your parents.. I know it'd be uncomfortable, but something you have to do. I'd suggest taking a laxative though.

Did you hear about the constipated mathematician, they worked it out with a pencil.
But seriously, wait till it resolves itself and then eat healthily (lots of veg and roughage)

One night is NOT constipation. You just have a fart caught sideways. Eat something greasy.

The PMS can be a factor, yes. I always had that problem myself around that time. Try bananas, oatmeal (or both!), or one of the new yogurts that promote digestive help.
