They are both great, but VERY different games.
Dark Cloud 2 is an action (or real-time) RPG. The battle system is easy and fun, you can invent items using a "photography" system, you can rebuild towns, and there are some cool minigames like fishing and "spheda" (which is like golf).
Final Fantasy X is a turn-based RPG. The storyline is absolutely epic, with great characters, a touching story, and great cutscenes.
Both are absolutely incredible games. If you are looking for a fun game with real-time battles, go with Dark Cloud 2. If you want to play a game with an incredible storyline, play Final Fantasy X. FFX is my favorite of the 2, but I love them both.
