I just got an E-Mail of a Person that has his Account for a few Hours.
I bloged him,but he could still E-Mail me.
I have never insulted anybody on Answers.

I will never switch of my E-Mail.
It has been open all the Time,and i never had insulting E-Mails before.

You have a DELETE BUTTON, press it, if you feel better, you can inform him that you have, and you fully intend to use it EVERY TIME you happen to receive anything from him.
In the mean time, get onto YAHOO and report this behaviour, it can actually become a police matter if it gets to nasty.
But please do use the DELETE, what you cannot read or hear from him, CANNOT hurt you, so DELETE DELET DELETE. And do put a block on him. I think we all make the mistake of thinking everyone is ok on here, they are not, there are some very sad and sick people out there, do not leave to much information on yourself, and be choosy who you share your email address with, or you will be getting more of this.
Most of these sad cowards do it to get off on frightening people, not long ago, they used to make cranky telephone calls remember, if he gets no reaction, he will eventually get fed up and find someone else to pick on that will give him a reaction.
Remember, they are all talk, they are basically cowards, or they would come face to face with you, this I promise you wont ever happen.

Sometimes i see a question on here saying why do people not allow emails and not allow others to see their Q`s and A`s. Well this is the reason i don`t, within hours of joining i had some nut sending me abusive messages because they didn`t like one answer i gave. I am an adult who can speak up for myself but i found i was spending so much time replying to these twats who just wanted to insult. Enough. I didn`t come here for that.

Got to admit I did recently e-mail a young woman who answered my question "Girlfriend, Boyfriend or Cat" by telling me that a boyfriend would "give you AIDS" and "wasn't part of Gods plan". I was so upset because she was a nice girl and not a troll by any means but she really believed what she had told me. I didn't insult her but I did ask her to take a more human approach rather than condemning people because of something she read in a book. Realised quickly it was wrong thing to do and she would take no notice anyway so I removed and re-posted the question because I didn't want to look at what she had written any more.

I had this so block them if you have already replied they can use that reply to keep emailing you unfortunatly.
So block them go into your profile and just make it so your contacts can email you for now this will stop trolls for a while.
Report the troll to yahoo
I had to do all of above for a couple of days and now only allow contacts to keep in touch there seem to be a lot of trolls about this christmas.
Sorry you had the crap it is not you it is them.

I've had the same - I block them and delete any further e-mails that might get through.
So if any are reading this - don't waste your time!
Also those posting questions about me *still* - again don't waste your time because I shan't be reading your "answers".

That's terrible, apart from blocking him the only other thing to do is to just delete his emails before opening them, why are people nasty like that, your such a lovely person and would never hurt anyone.

not much you can do about it. Yahoo from my understanding and I've been on here for 2 years (different accounts) you can block a person and that should stop it....but you can't report the person unless it's a question or answer....

some people are just weird prehaps he is infatuated with u im sure u can report emails hun check for links on the mail !
hope u get it sorted and if there is anything i can do just mail me i will lend an ear some people are so nasty x

That happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I just ignored and deleated her message. She deleted her account after that. I get some mean people sometimes, don't let it bother you!

yeah i have had a few, and what i tend to do is write back and tell them to f*k off, then block them...they are not worth my time, people like that are complete idiots, probably some weirdo who loves to harass women...is it someone off YA who sent you the Email? if so....expose him so we know who he is, if i was getting nasty mail off someone in here, i would blow their cover and tell everyone who it is
